After a TV program in Japan made claims that eating natto can help reduce weight, it led to a shortage of the product across the nation.
Even though there are health benefits to eating natto, there is little evidence to say that it will help people loose weight.

To follow the “natto diet” (fermented bean):
1. Eat two packages a day (like one at breakfast and one at dinner).
2. You eat each package 20 minutes after stirring it very well. You will see the results in one or two weeks!
