Anti-inflammation diets

Anti-inflammation diets are the latest buzz words in the diet industry.

“Chronic inflammation has been attributed to degenerative conditions such as arthritis and degenerative joint disease,” said Dave Grotto, a spokesman for the American Dietetic Association”.

Japanese and mediterranean diets contain a deal of foods to add to an anti-inflammation diet.
