Tofu in cakes

Filed under: Diet — Sato @ 11:11 pm

My friend was telling me about as a healthy alternative to giving chocolates for Valentine’s Day, Japanese are making cakes with tofu.

I hate to think how it would taste, but would love to give it a try!

In Japan it is traditional for women to give men chocolates on Valentines Day. Men can recopricate on White Day, which is in March.

  1. If you are a boy, DO NOT EAT SOY PRODUCTS. You shouldn’t eat them even if you are a girl. They are laoded with plant estrogens and in large amounts can severly disrupt your hormone balance. Soy can delay or even prevent proper sexual maturation in males. The soy is probably causing your lack of hair growth. It is also probably reducing yout sperm count, and killing your libido. (Japanese women give their husbands tofu to kill their libidos). It is also probably killing your thyroid.A small amount of fermented soy is probably OK, such as miso. But for your long term health stop eating soy.
