A healthy diet

Filed under: Diet — Sato @ 12:33 pm

It wasn’t until I started this site that I realized actually how healthy a Japanese diet can be. Even though, I live in Japan I haven’t always eaten what typical Japanese people eat. I have always envied Japanese people how they seem similar foods to me, excercise less than me, but never gain weight. I plan on studying on what people eat, especially older Japanese and see if I can align my diet in the same way.
